Bulacan Vice Governor Willy Sy-Alvarado is amazed with Baliwag Mayor Ferdie Estrella’s COVID-19 efforts.
He shared on his Facebook page that the mayor has gone leaps and bounds to trace every COVID-19 patient in his municipality. Active Case Finding (ACF) was launched in Baliwag where residents have to provide basic information, health conditions, travel history, and every person they interacted with for the past 14 days.
The vice governor thinks that this is one of the most effective and cheapest ways of surveillance in every barangay.
