Bulacan police office holds gun registration caravan

Some 119 gun owners have applied for the registration of their firearms during the two-day License to Own and Possess Firearm (LTOPF) Caravan in Bulacan, police said.

The two-day caravan was held on August 7-8.

The 119 participants registered and processed the LTOPF on the following stages: registration of applicant; payment of neuro examination, drug test and gun safety seminar; actual neuro examination and interview; drug test; gun safety seminar; and online application of LTOPF, according to Senior Supt. Chito G. Bersaluna, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Provincial Police Office.

He said the caravan was conducted for a more efficient and stress-free registration of firearms.
