Bulacan Congresswoman Lorna Silverio feels proud of new TESDA graduates

Bulacan third district representative Lorna Silverio felt like a proud mom.
Last February 16, some students officially graduated from their TESDA training courses. A total of 89 students graduated from Prepare & Cook Hot meals, Shielded metal arc welding, Bread-Making (leading to Bread & Pastry NC II), and Cake making. These were students from San Miguel, San Rafael, San Ildefonso, and DRT.
Congresswoman Silverio thanked the partner schools—Richwell Colleges, Inc, WRF Skills Training Center and Fernandez College of Arts and Technology—for making it possible to equip the students with the right training to start their own businesses or develop new skills to find a source of income.
