Bataan Governor Garcia warns of possible landslides due to Typhoon Falcon
Bataan Governor Abet Garcia’s topmost concern is his people’s safety.
With Typhoon Falcon hitting the North Philippines the most, everyone is advised to be extra vigilant and prepared for what the bad weather might cause. Yesterday on Facebook, the Bataan governor shared a gentle reminder for all to stay safe. According to his shared post, the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) is calling the attention of residents of Baranggays Malaya and Maligaya, Freeport area of Bataan, Mariveles, and dormitories at Cadena de Amor. The typhoon might cause landslides in the area, so people should be cautious of landslide signs such as breaking soil, roads, and floor tiles. If in case there’s any spotting, police should be alerted immediately.
