This is what Bataan first district representative Geraldine Roman has been promising since Day 1. Yesterday, although it was a Sunday, the congresswoman’s team was at Dinalupihan for the orientation of DOLE TUPAD beneficiaries. The paid work assigned to the attendees will be to plant in their community gardens.
Congresswoman Roman’s goal is to make planting vegetables in one’s backyard a lifestyle for her kababayans. It promotes a healthy diet as well as provides them a source of livelihood.
