When he gets them, he cherishes them.
Love is in the air, and has always been, for Baler Mayor Rhett Angara. He got a prized visit from his wife Michelle in his office at the city hall. Although he is busy and stressed from work, the mayor’s smile was the widest when he saw his ray of sunshine. They of course took a photo together by the mayor’s seat.
