Baler Mayor Rhett Angara is the sweetest father.

He took to Facebook to greet his “look-alike” a very happy 23rd birthday. He shared a photo of him and his daughter, birthday celebrant Lian. It was taken during their family trip to Japan a while ago.

The mayor’s wish for his daughter was simple: good health and a lifetime of smiles.
