Baler’s Executive Order No. 13 Series 2020 implemented on April 6 will still be in effect. There were almost no changes with the guidelines already in place. Baler Mayor Rhett Angara made it clear that everyone should follow the no driving without a helmet policy, wearing of face masks and no driving without a license to lessen the people and cars on the streets.
