Baler Mayor Rhett Angara feels over the moon with recent 10-million funding win

Outsourcing is the key.
This according to Baler Mayor Rhett Angara after the LGU recently secured a Php 10-million funding from Congressman Mike Aglipay of the DIWA partylist. Councilor Cisco Zubia was the one who lobbied the request and got a yes for the LGU. The money will be used to fund the flood control management in Sitio Vietnam in Barangay Sabang.
