Pampanga 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo recently organized a meeting among Central Luzon lawmakers Region 3 Regional Development Council (RDC) Edgardo Pamintuan, and other RDC directors.

The meeting aimed to determine the priority programs and projects in the concerned districts.
