Another 8.4K college students get P4K in cash aid from Pampanga capitol

Some 8,374 college students in Pampanga province received educational assistance from the provincial government, according to officials.

The students received P4,000 each under Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda’s Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP) in a ceremony held at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in San Fernando City.

Provincial Library Officer-in-charge Jasmine Carla Cordero led the distribution of the cash aid on Pineda’s behalf,

She was joined by personnel from the governor’s office (GO), Provincial Treasurer’s Office (PTO), and Land Bank of the Philippines.

“True to his pledge to the youth that no student gets left behind in the field of education, Governor Delta prioritizes the needs of the students,” Cordero said.

“He made sure that they regularly receive our educational financial assistance to help them in achieving their dreams,” he added.
