Angeles kicks off ‘Iwas Baha, Iwas Sakit, Konting Malasakit Project’
Angeles City launched its program aimed at centralizing the collection and proper disposal of domestic used cooking oil on Saturday, January 5.
Councilor Edgardo “Edu” Pamintuan Jr. posted about the “Iwas Baha, Iwas Sakit, Konting Malasakit Project” on his Instagram account.
The program is in compliance with the Environmental Code ordinance he authored for the city.
The pilot area for the program is Barangay Sto. Domingo. Pamintuan said “hopefully, other barangays would follow.”
