Angeles City takes steps to prevent queue jumping for Covid vaccine
The Angeles City government has taken steps to prevent people from jumping the queue in the Covid-19 vaccination program.
Officials said the Gender and Development (GAD) Office under Mina Cabiles had been tapped to be responsible for the supervision and handling of the master list of residents to be inoculated.
To prevent queue jumping, any new names added to the master list shall be coursed through the officer in charge for the day and relayed to the GAD for inclusion and scheduling.
“Kung sino po ang nasa master list, sila lang po ang babakunahan sa schedule na iyon,” Cabiles said.
To keep the vaccination schedule orderly, city residents on the master list who fail to show up for their vaccination date need to be rescheduled at a later date.
