Angat Vice Mayor Jowar Bautista encourages community pantries
Community pantries are definitely allowed and even encouraged in Angat.
Angat Vice Mayor Jowar Bautista took to Facebook to commend Jowable Youth-Marungko and Hiraya ng Pag-asa for the community pantries they started in the town. They were featured by Inquirer.Net in a seven-minute video.
The organizers both talked about helping local businesses by buying goods from farmers and owners to supply their community pantries with.
They also have a sustainable project in the works to make sure that the beneficiaries won’t go hungry once the stocks in the pantries are no longer available.

Thank you for bringing pride to Angat, JOWABLE-Marungko and Hiraya ng Pag-Asa!
