Baler Mayor Rhett Angara knows the answer to end climate change: “Basta sama sama, kayang-kaya.”
And we couldn’t agree more! The local government unit of Baler recently held an Arbor day and Save Sierra Madre Day with government agencies, baranggay officials, and volunteers. All together they cleaned the area— bringing sack bags and picking trash they see along the way. It was a successful clean-up that the mayor believes will help contribute in preserving the environment.
