43K Covid-19 patients in Central Luzon recover
The number of Central Luzon residents who have recovered from Covid-19 has reached 43,485, about three-fourths of the total number of cases in the region, according to the latest bulletin of the Department of Health-Central Luzon Center for Health Development (DOH-CLCHD).
The bulletin released on Monday night showed a total of 3,694 newly-recovered patients who have beaten the disease.
There are still 13,112 active cases in Central Luzon, of whom 12,987 are mild, 17 are asymptomatic, 49 are severe, 40 are moderate, and 19 are in critical condition, the figures showed.
Bulacan had the highest number of new infections with 501, followed by Pampanga with 212, Nueva Ecija with 148, Angeles City with 115, Tarlac with 73, Zambales with 26, Bataan with 23, Olongapo City with seven, and Aurora with four.
The DOH-CLHD reminded the public to continue observing minimum health protocols.
