4 car theft suspects fall in Central Luzon ops

Four suspected car thieves will face charges after they were arrested over two days of operations led by the Philippine National Police (PNP) Highway Patrol Group (HPG) in Central Luzon.
In a report, the suspects were identified as Joseph Marquera of Bulacan; Arvie Flores and Marlon Cruz, both of Olongapo City; and Jason Solano, a resident of Zambales.
Colonel Bernard Marzal, Regional Highway Patrol Unit-Central Luzon regional commander, said Marquera was arrested by the Bulacan Highway Patrol Team by virtue of a warrant arrest for car theft.
Flores and Cruz were arrested for allegedly stealing a tricycle in Barangay Baja-Bajac in Olongapo City.
Solano, on the other hand, was arrested in Tarlac aboard an allegedly stolen Isuzu Elf. The official said appropriate charges will be filed in court against the arrested suspects.
