The Nueva Ecija Inter-Agency Task Force (NE-IATF) reported the Metro Rail Transit supervisor, a resident of Aliaga town went home on July 1 and is now under strict home quarantine. He is listed as Patient 89.
The NE-IATF said that the vendor, who is listed as Patient 90, is a resident of Barangay Magsaysay Norte here, and presently confined at the MV Gallego- Cabanatuan City Hospital. She has no travel history.
Of the 90 confirmed cases in the province, 68 have recovered and four have died.
The NE-IATF, headed by Governor Aurelio Umali, reminded the public to strictly observe health protocols.
As this developed, the Cabanatuan City Information and Tourism Office (CITO) warned of the possibility that some cases here were locally transmitted, echoing reports from the City Health Office that the number of cases continues to increase.
“Muli pong pinapaalala sa lahat na patuloy pa rin po tayong sumunod sa minimum public health standards (We are reminding all to continuously follow the minimum public health standards),” it said. (PNA)
