2 Covid-19 patients in San Jose del Monte City ‘stable’ — Robes
San Jose Del Monte City Rep. Florida Robes on Saturday said two patients from her city who tested positive for coronavirus disease (Covid-19) are in stable condition and are being treated in different hospitals.
She said San Jose del Monte City has 13 other people under investigation (PUIs) and 143 under monitoring (PUMs), per information from the Department of Health.
“In the meantime, we have activated a task force in our city to make sure that all those affected especially those forced not to report for work will receive support from the city government,” Robes said in a statement.
“We are in the process of distributing food packs for thousands of our indigent families on a daily basis. We have a 24/7 food packing operation,” she added.
Robes said her team has also been distributing hygiene packs to health workers as well as conducting misting and disinfecting efforts all over the city.
“We have also provided livelihood support to our informal workers and settlers to help them earn a living while under enhanced community quarantine. We are also in close coordination with DOLE for other livelihood support initiatives,” she said.
“We will continue to follow the lead of the President to provide support to our constituents and make sure that all guidelines to fight the Covid-19 virus are followed and observed,” Robes said.
