Bataan 2nd District Representative Jose Enrique “Joet” Garcia III has high hopes for Balanga.
The politiko met with city officials recently to discuss various projects and programs.
“The said meeting is to ensure the attainment of the vision – to be a University Town by the year 2020,” said Garcia in a Facebook post.
They plan to pursue this by crafting programs focused on accessibility, security, education, conduciveness, and health.
