Tarlac City holds animal spaying, neutering

Jul 11, 2018 @ 6:07

The Tarlac City Veterinary Office (CVO), in partnership with the International Wildlife Coalition Trust, has conducted free spaying and neutering of dogs and cats in the city.

Five dogs and 20 cats underwent surgical procedure to prevent them from producing offspring, the city government said.

“Ang programang ito ay isa sa mga proyekto ng City Veterinary Office ukol sa pangangalaga sa mga alagang hayop,” it said.

The CVO is also pushing for “Zero Rabies 2020,” which aims to provide the necessary anti-rabies vaccine to all the pets in the city in the next two years.
