NEDA establishes PPP information hub in Central Luzon
The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Central Luzon Regional Office has launched the first Public Private Partnership Knowledge Corner (PPPKC) in Luzon.
The PPPKC, which was launched on April 13 in San Fernando, Pampanga, is envisioned to be an information hub that will serve as a coordinating unit between the PPP Center, local government units (LGUs), implementing agencies, private sector and state universities and colleges (SUCs), NEDA said.
It will also act as the main portal to the technical and advisory services of the PPP Center in the region, it said.
It is also expected to set a solid platform where stakeholders can access accurate and up-to-date information on PPP policies, programs and projects, NEDA added.
The PPKC in Central Luzon was established after the successful signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the PPP Center and NEDA in January 2018, mandating all NEDA regional offices to set up a knowledge and learning corner for PPP initiatives. #
