Gov. Alvarado inks deal with CSC for use of provincial property
The provincial government of Bulacan has allowed the use of its property in the provincial capitol to the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado and CSC Chairperson Alicia Dela Rosa-Bala signed the Deed of Usufruct on April 12 at the governor’s Official Residence in Malolos City.
The CSC will use the Bulacan Public School Teachers Association (BPSTA) land and building located in the Capitol Compound, the local government said.
The local government of Sta. Rosa in Nueva Ecija also recently approved the use of its 267-square meter lot for the construction of the building of the CSC-Nueva Ecija Provincial Office for 25 years.
