Cops nab 18 wanted persons in Central Luzon
Authorities have arrested 18 wanted persons Thursday, July 12, in Central Luzon, police said.
Four wanted persons were nabbed in Pampanga for alleged violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004, grave threats, Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, exploitation and discrimination, and for acts of lasciviousness.
Two suspects were apprehended in Nueva Ecija for simple imprudence resulting in double homicide and damage to property, and for estafa.
Tarlac police arrested five individuals in their area for alleged illegal gambling, light threat, qualified theft, and robbery.
Bulacan police operatives collared three suspects for alleged attempted theft and theft, frustrated homicide, and malicious mischief.
Police also arrested one suspect each in Zambales, Bataan, Aurora and Angeles City for different crimes.
“We are continuously stepping-up on our campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality including intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region,” PRO3 Regional Director Chief Supt. Amador V. Corpus.
