Central Luzon monitoring body inspects Capas-Botolan road project
The inter-agency Central Luzon Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) inspected Wednesday the Capas-Botolan road project.
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-led project is intended to connect the existing Capas-Botolan Road with a length of 81.63 kilometers, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Central Luzon said.
Upon completion, it will link the provinces of Tarlac and Zambales and is expected to reduce the travel time between the two provinces from three hours to one hour and 20 minutes.
The ocular /inspection activity was participated in by the members of the RPMC.
These include representatives from the regional offices of the National Economic and Development Authority, Department of Budget and Management, DILG, Office of the President-Presidential Management Staff, Philippine Information Agency, and National Intelligence Coordinating Agency, among others.
