8 hotel, resto firms win big in service quality awards

Eight hotel and restaurant firms in Central Luzon were recognized for their excellence in the service industry.

The Service Quality (SQ) Seal of Recognition was given by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) 3 for their efforts in offering quality service to their clients.

Recipients of the award include Bataan-based firms The Plaza Hotel and Cielo’s Garden Restaurant from Balanga City and Saverde Coffee Shop of Abucay town.

From Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, awardees include Adrian’s Catering Services, De Luxe Hotel and Restaurant, and Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham.
Sun Garden Hotel from Tarlac City and Vessie-Edwin Food Resort of Capas town in the province of Tarlac also received the award.
The firms were recognized for their efforts in fostering Service Quality to their clients, were honored by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) 3 or Regional Wage Board

“The SQ-PIP of the National Wages and Productivity (NWPC) focuses on quality improvement management system towards an ‘error-free’ service of an enterprise to its clients by inculcating a culture of client-centric attitude among its workforce,” Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Director Ana Dione said.
