2 suspected ‘Basag Kotse Gang’ members dead in Bulacan police shootout

Bulacan police have killed two unidentified suspected “Basag Kotse Gang” members in Pulilan, official said.

Senior Supt. Chito G. Bersaluna, acting provincial director of Bulacan Police, said concerned citizens reported the presence of the male suspects, who looked suspicious while on board a red tricycle along NIA Road, Palayan Street, Barangay Cutcot Monday, August 13.

The police operatives responded and while the suspects were being chased, shootout ensued, resulting to the death of the two.

Recovered from the suspects were one .38 caliber handgun loaded with two cartridges case of 9mm, 11 pieces of plastic sachets allegedly containing shabu, one tricycle, and two cellular phones, among others.
